The payroll function for QBO UK needs to be accessed on a desktop browser using a computer or laptop. At the moment, you can use other QBO functions using mobile or iPad devices except for payroll. This is the reason why the page remains blank after clearing browser history or switching to a different browser.
Customer feedback and suggestions on how to improve your QBO experience are always welcome. They are reviewed by our engineers whenever updates are designed. We encourage you to send a feature request about being able to open payroll on mobile and iPad devices. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions and click Next.
