Hey there, saw this thread. Had the same issue and no luck with clearing the cache/browser resolving the issue.

After about 30 mintues of trials, I finally tried changing the project status to cancelled, then saved, and changed back to "in progress". That seemed to tigger QB Online to export to QB time.
