Hello Audrey@nbdesign. thanks for posting on the Community page, It will be because you have not imported them into QBT. You have to import the projects. 

Projects will only import to QuickBooks Time Elite. If you're using QuickBooks Time Premium, projects will show as customers or sub-customers and must be added to projects manually. Choose an existing customer or sub-customer for QuickBooks integrated accounts to use as a project. To add a new project that is not listed, add that project (as a customer) in QuickBooks Online (QBO) first, then import.
