Hello Monty250, thanks for posting on the Community page, which payroll is it you are using in your QuickBooks account? IS it our standard payroll or our Advanced payroll?  It might be worth contacting our Live Support team as you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone so it can all be looked into more for you.
