If you have already checked the previous paychecks, I suggest reaching out to our Payroll support team so they can further review the checks. This way they can investigate the root cause of the issue and perform steps to fix it for you. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. From the What can we help you with? box, enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. You'll be routed to the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  6. Choose to Get a callback or Start a chat.

Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.
