"Filer account number is missing or invalid for this type of return".... anyone come across this before?

We finally started e-filing T4/T5 slips although it is a clunky process and has been really frustrating. Now to get another error .... frustrating is not a strong enough word.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be really appreciated.
