Can anyone help me this?

One of my client is currently staying overseas due to Covid19 and wants to use her foreign mailing address to receive her refund cheque from 2020 tax returns.

I tried to put the foreign address in Profile T1 but it prevents me from efiling.

Do anyone have the similar experience??
