Calling what happened an inconvenience is an insult to us professionals who were trying to meet client needs. You were well aware that the tax deadline was April 30th and therefore should have had all your ducks lined up in advance to carry any potential "high" volume of returns being processed. Some returns have been filed late.  What are your plans for addressing that? 

I know I will be looking into other tax filing solutions for next year as ProFile has majorly dropped the "ball" this year.
