i spoke with efile support on April 30th and they advised it was a Profile issue.
There is nothing to say it was a CRA issue. What is Intuit doing to compensate its customers for the incredible inconvenience at the worst possible time? I need a software I can rely on and support I can contact when I need help- it was the tax deadline? Not acceptable
