@AnonymousYes they are reply robots. They do my head in as they either reply with something that has nothing to do with the subject or this typical feedback post.
I personally think they do more damage to customer service than good. You can tell the real reps as they don't talk like real people.
 
On this actual subject the whole forum is littered with similar threads regarding stupid product choices, lazy coding, missing 'features' and slews of upset Intuit customers. To be fair @JackS  has set the ideas exchange section of the forum up with many suggestion being accepted to join a queue for the devs to work through. I've not seen any of them make it into the product yet, and to be honest I'm not holding my breath.
