Are you aware that it is now almost 4 weeks since you appeared on this thread announcing that you were back and would sort all the problems being discussed here. 4 weeks on top of 3 months that this hasn't been working properly - and yet there has still been very little improvement. This is shockingly incompetent of the QuickBooks Development Team - or whoever it is that you are claiming to be working on this!

Furthermore you are now ignoring customers messages in this thread.

I think it's time that someone from QuickBooks management stepped in here to apologise to customers for such poor customer service and to get something resolved.

Please pass this thread on to a manager or supervisor.
