Are you aware that it is now 3 weeks since you appeared on this thread announcing that you were back and would sort all the problems being discussed here. 3 weeks on top of 3 months that this hasn't been working properly - and yet there has still been very little improvement. This is shockingly incompetent of the QuickBooks Development Team - or whoever it is that you are claiming to be working on this!

I think it's time that someone from QuickBooks management stepped in here to apologise to customers for such poor customer service and to get something resolved.
