However, this is only a temporary option as QuickBooks will automatically revert to the default text for the next remittance advice you create. If you want to set a desired text for the remittance advice as a default, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development team to let them know the importance of this feature for product improvements. Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
- Type in your comments or product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.
