Do you agree that: 

It is surprising that a software company who is trusted with customers business accounting information and sensitive banking information and personal data are not able to sort a simple pagination issue without 3rd party support - this really shouldn't take long to resolve.

And yes - the board being more visible and accessible is important - it doesn't really have any function or purpose otherwise - which seems to have been the case since it was set up 3 months ago.

Another week has now passed since any update here - no update, no progress, no improvement. 

Would you say that this is down to a complete lack of care or a complete lack of competence?
