I must admit my last two engagements with the online chat has been pretty positive. Maybe they are trying to improve thing but why donβt they be more proactive about telling people about it. Makes for good marketing for crying out loud. Makes you cry when you see the comments on Facebook ads. Why anyone would even entertain them when you do see them is beyond me.
