If you read through the entire thread, you'll see that this has been an issue for more than two years.  Numerous feedback already exists on this issue. Other members of the QB team have indicated that they HAVE already sent it to the developers.  QB online is seriously lacking in user friendliness. You took a great product and made it cumbersome for even the most basic tasks, and illogical in others. Bring back the desktop version and I'll start using it again. Otherwise, I've cancelled the subscription and moved on to a different product.
