It's nice to see you here in the thread, @Biker Sue. I'm here to ensure you're able to export a copy of your filed returns to Pdf in your QuickBooks Online (QBO)account.

Please be aware that you'll need to view the filed returns so you can get through and export a copy to a Pdf file. I've got your back, and I'll input the steps below so you can proceed to download a pdf copy of your filed returns. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Taxes tab and then select VAT.
  3. Locate the filed return and then click the View return button.
  4. Click the Printer icon below.
  5. In the Printer section, click the dropdown arrow and then select Save as PDF.
  6. Once done, hit the Save button, and then choose a file destination for your PDF file then click Save.

Additionally, I've got you this article in case you'd like to print your Pdf file in QBO: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

You may also check this page in case you'd like to make changes with your VAT settings in QBO: Set up and edit VAT settings, codes and rates in QuickBooks Online.

It was great to have you in the Community today, @Biker Sue. Know that if you need assistance managing your filed returns in QuickBooks, you can get back to me anytime. I'll be more than happy to help you again. Take care!
