It's nice to see you here in the thread, @Biker Sue. I'm here to ensure you're able to export a copy of your filed returns to Pdf in your QuickBooks Online (QBO)account.
Please be aware that you'll need to view the filed returns so you can get through and export a copy to a Pdf file. I've got your back, and I'll input the steps below so you can proceed to download a pdf copy of your filed returns. To begin, here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company file.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Taxes tab and then select VAT.
- Locate the filed return and then click the View return button.
- Click the Printer icon below.
- In the Printer section, click the dropdown arrow and then select Save as PDF.
- Once done, hit the Save button, and then choose a file destination for your PDF file then click Save.
