Let me share some insight into how delivery notes work in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The option to edit or customise the delivery note is not possible. With that said, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and might consider implementing it in the future.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next.
