Can you provide a step-by-step guide on how to do this, then there is no doubt whatsoever that it will work as expected?
You have this available for many other tasks, surely this warrants this as its pretty important to many users?
You could cover many of the questions that people will ask
- What is the maximum number of products you recommend in one import?
- Which options should be selected on the page which shows field mapping?
- etc.
Then there is zero concern and zero worry for the end user - I can then get on with my day job and not worry about what options I should be using in my accounts software.
