If I may ask, are you trying to set up your Vat rate? If that's what you're trying to do you can follow these steps:
- To access the VAT Centre, start by clicking on VAT on the left navigation.
- Go to Taxes, then select Set up VAT.
- On the Setup VAT page, select the beginning month of your current VAT period.
- Choose your filing frequency then choose your VAT accounting scheme.
- Enter your VAT registration number.
- If your business is entitled, select the Flat Rate Scheme (FRS) checkbox.
- Select Save.
