Yes, the steps in this thread is about QuickBooks Online. Don't worry, you can import custom forms invoices, sales receipts, estimates, statements, and purchase orders in the program.

QuickBooks is using a default mapping for the fields on the template, if there are information that you can't include, I have another option for you. We have a website where you can find invoicing tools that also allow custom templates. They are compatible with the program so there is no problem with the integration.
