Hello there,

I appreciate your prompt response and confirming the QuickBooks product you're using.

The ongoing issue about Chase bank transactions is only for QuickBooks Online users. To isolate why some of your bank transactions are not showing, let's update your Financial Institutions Directory (FiDir) in QuickBooks Desktop. This will help fix your issue and make sure you have the latest info from your financial institution.

To start, create a backup copy of your QuickBooks company file and update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

After that, let's update the FiDir. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the top.
  2. Select Bank Feeds.
  3. Choose Bank Feeds Center.
  4. Click the Refresh account(s) icon or choose Sync all for this bank from the dropdown.

If you get the same result, you'll have to manually update each file location for each QuickBooks version. To do so, check out this article for the detailed steps and information: Update the Financial Institutions Directory in QuickBooks Desktop.

To learn how to categorize and match your bank transactions, see this resource: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let me know how this goes by leaving a comment below using the Reply option below. I'm here to lend a hand. Take care always!
