That is an option. I as a business owner and I'm sure others feel this way too, we are spending plenty for qbs and it's subscription(s) (I'm on QBonline now) you expect it to be good and not have to jump through a lot of steps to do something so simple. The more steps in my opinion doesn't equal better. Although what you said is a solution. Entering in manually is a solution. 

As the consumer we want to spend the time on our business not entering a utility bill manually.
