Since your data from QBO doesn't match your QBDT, you'll want to give it a try and convert it once again to ensure this has nothing to do with your data:
- Access your QuickBooks Desktop company.
- On QuickBooks Desktop, go to File and select Close company.
- Go back and try to convert your file again. Sometimes converting a second time can fix this problem.
- After it finishes, check the Profit and Loss reports again. If they still don’t match, enter manual adjustments to fix the issue.
