I thank you in advance for any help i can get from you. I will brief tell you where Im at. 

I was able to go to bank on line and request the QBO file to be send to me.  I received the file and when I  downloaded it tells me that is been downloaded but i cant make it get into my bank account, it ells me that there is no data available.  What can I do   Can you please help me.
