I'm seeing it repeatedly with Scotiabank.

It pops up in the Scotiabank app, I do what it asks, then it asks again immediately in an endless loop.

It's not failing the authentication, it asks "is this you?" I answer yes, and log into the app as it asks me, then back again to "is this you?"
