QuickBooks Desktop for Mac is actually included in this update. Let me help you with some steps.
If you haven't already, you'll want to disconnect your bank account and reconnect with the new bank name. If it's still can't search for it, update your QuickBooks and try again.
- Open the QuickBooks menu.
- Select Check for QuickBooks Updates.
- Select Install and Relaunch.
If it's still the same thing, please contact our support for QBDT Mac, so they can use more tools to check this further for you. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
- Follow this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/contact.
- In the Which product is your question about? field, choose QuickBooks for Mac.
- In the second box, enter something like cannot find American Express - QBDT and click Continue.
