We migrated our desktop version of QuickBooks to the online version after finding out that they had bookkeepers that we could hire to assist us. After we made the change and paid the $2000 for live support, we were told "we don't support companies that operate on a accrual basis." We are a nonprofit and many of us use the accrual accounting. Why didn't anyone at QB bother to ask us BEFORE we signed up. Now, we can't get our money back. I have been told by JILL in QB Live, that she filed a request for a refund. I was later told by Betty that she filed for us to get a refund - she opened a case [removed], and yet we have heard nothing. I'm pressed to hire another bookkeeper and I can't get my money back so we can afford it. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY IDEAS? Frustrated Nonprofit Exec.
