QuickBooks separates the revenue from taxes and fees from Shopify and seamlessly maps it to your books. If there are no tax liabilities, check again the sync. They're may be not imported or categorized.

If everything looks good from the sync, you may want to contact our QuickBooks Online Team. They can check why taxes won't show up on the report.
