Thanks for getting back to me; I appreicate it. Our sales tax report has always been calculated correctly until this month. We just switched over the the QB commerce App as we used to use OneSAAS. We got a new bank and where our payouts are received in QB. Would this affect how the sales tax report is calculated?

Do I need to manually make changed to the report so it reflects where the new payouts are going
