I appreciate your effort in doing the suggested troubleshooting process to fix the error, however, you still get the same concern. I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop for Mac support. I'll guide you through the steps below:
 

  1. Open a QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue to Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account and then click Continue with my account.
  6. Check your email for the single-use code and enter it to Continue.
  7. Then select a way to connect, you can either choose chat with us or Have us call you.
