I'll chime in and share with you the requirements to become eligible for the mobile check deposit. QuickBooks Checking and Money by QuickBooks provide mobile check deposits, subject to eligibility criteria.

Only the person that applied and is approved is the only user that can move money to and from your QuickBooks Checking account. When the option to use the mobile check deposit is unavailable on your employee's end, the system may not be eligible for this feature.
