Thanks for the update, @labels1.

Let's go through other troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues with your bank feeds in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) so you can manage your transactions accordingly.

You can run the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool from the Tool Hub. This way, you can automatically diagnose and fix issues with Microsoft components the QuickBooks program uses and any damages to your company file that causes bank feed issues. To do this, here's how:

  1. Open the QuickBooks Tool Hub if it's not already open.
  2. In the Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  3. Select QuickBooks Program Diagnostic Tool. Let the tool run. It can take up to 20 minutes.
  4. When the tool finishes, restart your computer and relaunch QuickBooks.

In case the issue persists, continue performing the recommended solutions in this article, starting with Solution 3Fix issues when QuickBooks has stopped working.

Once everything is all set, I also encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBDT regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect possible errors accordingly. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in doing and fixing reconciliations in QBDT: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you have other banking concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBDT. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @labels1.
