Thanks for letting us know about your banking concerns with M&T, @Laura VAR.

 

Please know that QuickBooks Only depends on what your bank sends into our system. 

 

Since manually updating your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) didn't work for you, I suggest contacting our Customer Care team to help you take a closer look and identify its cause and come up with a permanent solution. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right, then select Contact Us.
  2. Enter your concern as M&T Bank not updating.
  3. Click Let’s talk.
  4. Select the Get a callback option.
  5. Enter your contact info.
