I want to ensure this gets resolved as soon as possible. To further investigate why you're having an issue with the Chart of Account, not in sync with reconciliation, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and investigate the cause of the issue. In addition, they can provide other troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem.

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
