Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowLet me tell you how to REALLY fix it. The support for this product is essentially non-existent so after 6 weeks of dealing with this I stumbled across my own solution. Here you go...
1. Uninstall QB and remove all QB related files in your document, program files, program data and app data. You will need to find all folders on your computer that have the name Intuit since they are spread out in different locations. Do not delete Turbotax or other related files. QB also creates a database file or application that needs to be removed.
2. Restart your computer
3. Reinstall QB
4. Update QB
5. Setup bank feeds using the process they normally send to everyone with this issue.
Good luck. I am bailing out of Intuit totally as this was the last straw.
