As much as I'd love to check this for you, we are unable to pull up your account in the Community. We don't want your personal information to be displayed here in the public space for security purposes.

 

That said, I highly suggest contacting our Merchant Support team. They have tools that can pull your account in a secure environment and check the status of your account.

 

Since you mentioned that you can't access your QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use our test drive to reach our Merchant Support team. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
