Funny enough, I tried again today and it didn't work, so I decided to try disconnecting and reconnecting the accounts, but got a message asking "which bank" do you mean?  and it had a help number. They were quick to answer and transferred me to "the team specifically set up for that purpose".... I proceeded as we continued our conversation and low and behold, the feed worked perfectly well.  So perhaps something DID change very recently. Oh! and I will mention my bank did NOT try to sell me a support plan or anything else for that matter. 

Thanks In Texas.... I really had just about given up and was going to start doing manually......
