I am experiencing your pain. I was told by QB Support that I needed to upgrade to either QB2023 or Online. I have Desktop 2021.  Bank feeds were working fine until the "change". I followed directions exactly and have tried the "tool hub" to no avail... I completely agree that their tech support is sub-par and actually just a sales organization to make us upgrade. When I clearly asked "IF I upgrade, will you be able to fix my issue?"  But there was not a positive response to this. The person on the other end had NO IDEA what I was talking about when mentioning Bank Feeds.  As a small business, this is a time saving feature which means cost saving. And it is in the programming because the bank balances are correct, it just won't bring down the transactions to make them match.  PLEASE post the fix if they actually come through....THANK YOU!
