Thanks for joining in this forum, @nwa. I understand that you need your transactions to download automatically in QuickBooks.

 

Please know that our system will always depend on what your bank send us. If the transactions are updated in your bank but not in QuickBooks, we advised customers to manually update it in QuickBooks instead.

 

However, if nothing comes up even after manually updates, we recommend you log in to your bank's website to check for notifications that need attention or review any ongoing maintenance.
