what does "working hard" and "as soon as possible" mean to QB developers ?  apparently nothing. it's been weeks.

please no responses from QB or Intuit folks who are just trying to uptick their "response" count - you are just distracting from the real issues.  and please don't recommend folks get on 'notification' lists because I have called in, chatted in, emailed in and have rec'd zero notifications that anything is being worked on or fixed.
