Let me walk you through the steps necessary to resolve the display issue in QuickBooks Online.

It's possible that the zoom function is enabled, resulting in the small font size. To resolve this, let's perform the steps below.

For Mozilla Firefox:

  1. To zoom in and make the page larger, hold down Ctrl key and then press plus (+).
  2. If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel forward or back.

For Google Chrome:

  1. On the upper right, click the menu icon (it looks like a three-dotted line).
  2. Locate the Zoom option.
  3. When you find that the page is bigger than the browser window, select the minus (-) icon to zoom out and make the page smaller or choose the plus (+) to zoom in and make the page larger. It should be set to 100% or lower to display the full page.
  4. This should work on any page that's either too big or too small, not just QuickBooks Online.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please check your computer to make sure it is compatible with the QuickBooks Online requirement display setting. It should be set up like this:

  • Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
  • Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"

When working with QuickBooks, I recommend that you maximize the browser window. Especially if your screen resolution is 1024x768.

Please let me know if you require any additional assistance or if there is anything else I can do. I'll always have your back. Enjoy your day!
