Aside from clicking the Banking tab, did you also encounter a specific error message? I'd like to know this so I can check for any system-related issues.
In the meantime, I'd like to lay down a solution to help you access the Banking tab again.
A cache-related issue is likely preventing you from accessing the Banking tab. When a browser's cache is full or there's a damaged webpage data on it, it can cause strange behavior within QuickBooks Online.
We can confirm this by using an incognito browser (good for determining cache-related issues, and doesn't use the existing cache data):
From there, log in to your QuickBooks Online account then access the Banking page again. When you're able to do so, categorize or manage your transactions so you can reconcile your bank account.
Afterwards, we'll want to go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. Close out any browser instances to complete the process.
Though, we can also use another supported browser as an alternative in fixing this issue.
