Since you've performed all the possible processes to fix the following issues and still get the same concern. I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Technical support team. They have the tools to check into your account and check if there's an ongoing investigation.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help at the top menu bar, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts and Continue.
  3. Then choose either to Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
