I'm determined to help pull up all your transactions, Grange.

 

The connection between Natwest and QuickBooks Online may be interrupted. I'd recommend getting in touch with their support to verify if they have ongoing maintenance that's causing the missing transaction.

 

If none, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. Doing so helps us determine if this is a browser-related issue.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, update your bank again. If it works, clear the browser's cache to improve QuickBooks' performance.

 

You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.

 

If the issue persists, I encourage contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They'll be able to investigate its cause and provide other solutions.
