Thanks for reaching back out. I can provide you with some details about your links not working located on the Accountant Center. 

 

After going to the Accountant Center and clicking on the reclassify transactions link in the sample file, I'm able to review that information. 

 

Therefore, if you've tried this within a sample file and the link still isn't working, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team again for further assistance. They have more advanced tools to look over your account to see why this is happening.
