Hey there again, @meghannchannell

Thank you for coming back and sharing the error code you're receiving with your PNC bank.

You may see Error 350 if the connection expires or gets updated by your bank. With that being said, you should be able to reconnect the account to QuickBooks for an easy fix. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking tab on the left-hand menu bar.
  2. Ensure you're on the Banking portion.
  3. Pick the blue bank square for PNC.
  4. Select the Sign in link.
  5. Type in the user ID and password for the bank's website.
  6. Choose the accounts you want. Tap Continue
  7. Press the Update option when you're ready.

Here's a guide that provides these instructions along with some more details: Fix error 350 in QuickBooks Online.

In the end, if this doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. There's an on-going investigation (INV-74462) with this error and you'll need to get added to a list of affected users. From there, you'll receive updates via email about the investigation.

I hope this gets you squared away today. Come back and let us know how the call goes if you need assistance with our support team. I'm always here to have your back. Take care!
