You can delete payments from deposits with your Delete Line option.

Here's how:

1. Access the Chart of Accounts.
2. Open the account your deposit's in.
3. Find and double-click the deposit.
4. Select which payment(s) you're working with.
5. In your top menu bar, hit Edit, then Delete Line.
