Thanks for posting hereabout your banking concern, David.

 

I want to make sure this banking concern is resolved immediately. In the meantime, let's run the Verify/Rebuild Utility to check if it will self-fix the problem. Here's how to do that in QuickBooks:

 

  1. Go to the File menu then Utilities.
  2. Select Verify Data then wait until the diagnosis is done.
  3. If there are issues, proceed to rebuilding the company file.
  4. Tap File menu and Utilities again.
  5. Use Rebuild Data this time then click OK.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to save a backup.

 

Once done, do the same steps in the Banking menu and see if the same issue happens. If the suggested troubleshooting here doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Support Team to assist you. They can help further identify what's causing the banking hurdle.
