Thank you for the screenshots, @David WC. I'm here to help you handle these transactions to make sure everything is accounted for.

I agree with you. You can exclude these two transactions from your PayPal feed. Then, categorize them as transfers in your banking feed. After that, go to your PayPal register and manually clear the two.

Here's how to exclude them:

  1. On the left panel, choose the Banking menu to select Banking.
  2. Select your PayPal account.
  3. Go to the For Review tab.
  4. Tick the boxes for the two transactions and select the Exclude button.

Then, record the transfers by following these steps:

  1. Select your bank account.
  2. Go to the For Review tab.
  3. Find and select the transaction to open it.
  4. Select the Record as transfer radio button. Then, from the Transfer from dropdown, select your PayPal account.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Do the same process for the other transaction.

After that, manually clear them from your PayPal register.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate your PayPal account.
  3. Select View Register/Account history from the Action column.
  4. Identify the transactions to clear.
  5. Under the reconcile status column, select for Cleared.
  6. Select Save.
